MIDLANDS STATE UNIVERSITY STAFF VACANCY Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following posts: FACULTY OF ARTS AND HUMANITIES Radio Station (Zvishavane Campus) Post C: Producer/Presenter (News & Current Affairs) (2 posts) Gweru and Zvishavane Campus The candidate must be capable of producing content of the station. Duties and responsibilities include the following: -Researching for shows/bulletins through gathering information. -Making sure that the guests/sources are booked. -Investigating trending topics to be dissected on air. -Promoting events and outside broadcasts for the station. -Writing scripts for news, programmes adverts and promotions. -Doing voice-overs for news, programmes adverts and promotions. -Edit pre-recorded programmes. -Any other duties as may be assigned. \*NB: Midlands State University is an equal opportunities employer.
