This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a dynamic legal environment where your contributions truly make a difference in clients' lives during some of their most important moments. **Responsibilities:** * Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence related to family law matters * Assist attorneys with divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and domestic relations cases * Manage and organize case files, deadlines, and court calendars to ensure timely filings * Conduct legal research and compile relevant case law, statutes, and regulations * Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel * Prepare and file documents with Ohio domestic relations courts, both electronically and in person * Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials **Requirements:** * 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in family law or domestic relations * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent certification * Familiarity with Ohio domestic relations court procedures and e-filing systems * Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis * Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Compassionate, professional demeanor when working with clients in sensitive situations **About Us:** Haynes Kessler Myers and Postalakis is a well-established law firm based in Worthington, OH, known for providing clients with trusted, high-quality legal representation across a range of practice areas.
