Traveling Superintendent needed for the Carolinas \& Georgia**Your new company** Are you an experienced Superintendent who thrives on leading large\-scale commercial construction projects from the ground up? We are partnering with a nationally recognized General Contractor seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee complex projects across Georgia and North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience delivering $30M\+ commercial projects within sectors such as institutional, senior living, healthcare, office, mixed\-use, and other large\-scale commercial developments. **Your new role** * Lead all on\-site construction activities from deconstruction through closeout. * Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently. * Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel. * Conduct daily site walks and maintain quality control throughout construction. * Develop and manage short\-term look\-ahead schedules. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. * Enforce OSHA and jobsite safety requirements, maintaining a strong safety culture. * Identify and proactively resolve field\-related issues. * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Consultants. * Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates. * Lead project turnover, punch\-list completion, and final closeout activities. **What you'll need to succeed** * 7\+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor. * Proven experience leading ground\-up commercial projects valued at $30M\+. * Background in sectors such as institutional, education, healthcare, senior living, office, hospitality, or commercial construction. * Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and sequencing. * Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large site teams. * Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * OSHA 30 certification preferred. * Willingness and ability to travel throughout Georgia and North Carolina for project assignments. * Stable employment history demonstrating successful project delivery. **What you'll get in return** * Competitive base salary $110,000 to $140,000\. * Performance\-based bonus program. * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance. * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. * 401(k) with company match. * Paid time off and company holidays. * Travel expenses covered. * Career advancement opportunities with a highly respected national contractor. * Long\-term project pipeline across the Southeast. * Strong company culture focused on teamwork, safety, and professional development. **What you need to do now** If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up\-to\-date copy of your resume \& project list, or call Danny 919\-573\-9066\.
