**Senior Business Analyst – Legal Transformation Programme** **3\-year contract – Dublin based – 3 days a week onsite** **€58 per hour – 40 hour working week** **Banking sector** **Key Responsibilities:** **Current State Assessment** * Analyse and document existing Legal operating models, business processes, systems, information flows, and pain points. * Evaluate current technology capabilities and identify areas for improvement and modernization. **Stakeholder Engagement** * Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement\-gathering sessions with Legal leadership, architects, technology teams, and business users. * Build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups and drive strategic discussions. **Future State Design** Support the definition of target\-state capabilities across: * Legal Knowledge Management * Document \& Content Management * AI \& Intelligent Automation * Legal Intake \& Triage Processes * Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) * Reporting \& Management Information * Collaboration \& Information Sharing Platforms * Digital Legal Operations **Transformation Roadmap Development** * Develop a phased and executable transformation roadmap. * Prioritize initiatives based on business value, complexity, dependencies, risk, cost, and architectural alignment. * Support strategic planning and investment decisions. **Requirements Management** * Create detailed business requirements, user stories, process maps, use cases, and business cases. * Translate business needs into actionable delivery requirements for technology teams. **Governance \& Reporting** * Prepare executive presentations and governance materials. * Maintain RAID logs, status reports, decision logs, and stakeholder communications. * Track progress, dependencies, risks, and key programme milestones. **Domain Expertise** * Strong experience in Lending domain * Exposure to Mortgage domain (preferred) * Understanding of loan lifecycle: Origination, Underwriting, Servicing **Required Skills \& Experience** * 8\+ years of Business Analysis experience in Transformation Programs Strong experience in: * Business Analysis \& Requirements Elicitation * Process Mapping \& Process Re\-engineering * Operating Model Design * Stakeholder Management * Digital Transformation * Change Management * Governance \& Reporting * Agile and Waterfall Delivery Methodologies Knowledge of: * Legal Operations * Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) * Knowledge Management Solutions * Document Management Systems * Enterprise Content Management * AI and Automation Technologies * Data Analysis \& Reporting Tools \& Technologies: * Advanced Excel * PowerPoint * Jira / Confluence * Visio or Process Mapping Tools * AI \& Generative AI Tools **Preferred Experience** * Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, Legal Services, or Enterprise Transformation environments.
