Construction Contracts Manager

My client, a well-established Tier 1 building contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, is seeking an experienced **Contracts Manager** to oversee residential projects in Dublin. **Role Responsibilities:** * Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion * Lead project teams and ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved * Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration * Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures * Report regularly on progress to senior management and stakeholders **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior PM ready to step up) * Strong experience in student accommodation or apartment / residential schemes * Excellent commercial, contractual and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams * Strong communication and organisational abilities **What’s on Offer:** * €110k - €120k DOE * Vehicle * Fuel Card * Pension * Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor with continued workload * Long-term career prospects with strong project pipeline If you’re a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager interested in this opportunity, please get in touch with Eve on 086 189 3835 or email e.dobson@gpcireland.com for a confidential discussion.
