Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) – IHSS - PRN - Part-Time

AlfaBEST Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to support our IHSS, VA, and home care clients throughout the Denver metro area. This is a **part\-time position with flexible scheduling** for an RN who enjoys working independently, building relationships with clients and families, and helping people remain safely in their homes. Job Responsibilities As our IHSS Registered Nurse, you will: * Complete initial, annual, and change\-of\-condition nursing assessments * Develop and update individualized Plans of Care * Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, case managers, and the office team to support continuity of care * Educate clients and families regarding healthcare and nursing needs * Supervise IHSS and VA caregivers * Complete caregiver skills validation and provide training as needed * Monitor changes in client condition and communicate concerns appropriately * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Provide professional, respectful, and compassionate care to every client and caregiver you interact with Requirements * Current and unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license * Current CPR certification with hands\-on skills demonstration * Minimum of six months of hands\-on clinical nursing experience * Ability to successfully complete required background and CAPS checks * Strong communication and documentation skills * Reliable transportation for client visits * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule **Home care or IHSS experience is preferred but not required.** Compensation **$45–$65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications** Schedule * Part\-time * Flexible scheduling * Client visits based on agency and client needs Location **AlfaBEST Home Care** 6595 S.
