The Group is also active in the production and marketing of sports and entertainment content on a global scale **Job Overview** The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Commercial Finance team by providing timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to drive business performance and decision-making. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to analyse financial performance, identify key business drivers, support forecasting activities, and provide actionable insights on trends and opportunities impacting profitability and growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support commercial decision-making and business planning. * Monitor and analyse key financial drivers, including staff costs, operating expenses, and margin performance, identifying variances between actual results and forecast/budget. * Highlight business risks, opportunities, and trends with clear recommendations to support senior stakeholders. * Partner with business teams to develop forecasts, improve financial visibility, and enhance data capture and reporting processes. * Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, P&L reviews, and variance analysis. * Provide financial analysis and support for resource planning, including short-, medium-, and long-term workforce requirements. * Prepare and deliver ad-hoc financial reports, analysis, and insights as required to support business needs. **What We’re Looking For** * Strong experience in commercial finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related finance role. * Proven ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into business recommendations. * Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and variance reporting. * Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and analytics tools is an advantage. **Dentsu Values** Will live the dentsu 8 Ways at all times: We Dream Loud, We Inspire Change, We Team Without Limits, We All Lead, We Make It Real, We Climb High, We Choose Excitement, We Are A Force For **Good Inclusion and Diversity** We’re proud to be different and that starts with our people.
