Legal Nurse Consultant

**Job Summary:** A Phoenix-based medical malpractice defense firm seeks a registered nurse with at least three years of legal nurse consulting experience for a remote position, available as either an employee or an independent contractor. Candidates must have strong writing skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, screen, and retain qualified medical experts. * Analyze medical records and prepare focused summaries. * Assist attorneys with case evaluation and litigation preparation. **Compensation:** Based on experience and on whether hired as an employee or an independent contractor.
