Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator (Part-Time) **Crossroads Health & Wellness | Bonita Springs, FL** **Pay:** $22.00 per hour **Schedule:** 28.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday **Position:** Part-time, in person **Anticipated Start:** Late November / Early December 2026 Join Our Team! Crossroads Health & Wellness is a growing, physician-owned Direct Primary Care practice that believes healthcare should be personal, compassionate, and relationship-centered. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Assistant to join our small team as we prepare to move into our beautiful new Bonita Springs office in January 2027. What You'll Do * Welcome patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with clinical visits and procedures. * Perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and basic in-office testing. * Coordinate referrals, prescriptions, lab orders, and patient follow-up. * Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and membership onboarding. * Maintain accurate electronic medical records and organized clinical spaces. * Help improve office workflows and support the practice as we grow. What We're Looking For * Previous Medical Assistant experience in an outpatient setting. * Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. * A warm, professional demeanor and genuine heart for patient care. * Confidence working independently and taking initiative. * Comfortable using electronic medical records and technology. * **Required:** Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy, including venipuncture and laboratory specimen collection and processing. * Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferred. Schedule & Benefits **Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:** 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (one-hour unpaid lunch) **Wednesday & Friday:** 9:00 AM–12:00 PM **Total:** 28.5 paid hours per week * $22.00 per hour, paid biweekly. * Paid time off and separate paid sick leave following a 90-day introductory period. * Paid holidays that fall on regularly scheduled workdays. * No evenings or weekends. * Opportunities for professional growth as our practice expands. **Why Crossroads?** We're not a high-volume medical office.
