This role works closely with management and operations teams to streamline processes, support end users, and deliver data-driven insights while gaining experience across software development, automation, and analytics. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot internal applications and software solutions. * Create and support automation scripts to improve operational efficiency. * Develop and maintain integrations between business systems, databases, and manufacturing platforms. * Write and optimize SQL queries, reports, and data extracts. * Analyze operational data to identify trends and support business decisions. * Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues for end users. * Test, debug, and document applications to ensure reliability and performance. * Maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and user guides. * Support data security, system integrity, and cybersecurity best practices. * Collaborate with operations and management teams to identify and implement process improvements. * Assist with application maintenance, updates, and incident resolution. * Perform other duties as assigned. **WORK ENVIRONMENT** This position operates in a professional office environment while regularly supporting employees and systems throughout the manufacturing facility.
