Restaurant Manager

Job Summary Saltie Girl is seeking an experienced, organized, and guest\-focused **Restaurant Manager** to oversee daily restaurant operations and support a high\-performing hospitality team. The ideal candidate will lead staff, maintain service standards, coordinate with the kitchen and front\-of\-house teams, monitor inventory and sales, and help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service * Lead, train, schedule, and support restaurant team members * Maintain high standards of hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, and professionalism * Monitor guest service and respond to requests or concerns promptly and professionally * Coordinate closely with kitchen and front\-of\-house teams during service * Prepare and manage staff schedules based on business needs * Train new team members on restaurant procedures, service standards, and workplace policies * Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, daily sales, and closing procedures * Assist with inventory management and ordering of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies * Monitor product quality, freshness, presentation, and proper storage * Help control labor, food, and operating costs * Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures * Maintain clean, organized, and well\-presented dining and service areas * Assist with special events, busy service periods, and other restaurant activities * Communicate operational needs and issues to ownership or senior management * Support opening and closing procedures * Perform additional management duties as assigned Requirements * Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required * Full\-service restaurant experience preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Excellent guest\-service and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced restaurant environment * Experience with POS systems, cash handling, scheduling, and restaurant operations * Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures * Ability to train, motivate, and develop restaurant team members * Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality * Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to remain calm and effective during busy service periods Benefits * Competitive salary * Flexible scheduling options * Management training and professional development * Supportive and team\-oriented work environment * Employee dining or discount opportunities may be available * Career growth and advancement opportunities About the Company Saltie Girl is a hospitality\-focused restaurant known for seafood\-inspired dining, quality food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
