**about the company.** An established international private banking institution dedicated to delivering comprehensive wealth management and operational solutions across global markets. **about the job.** Take ownership of client statement issuance, bespoke account documentation, and tax compliance operations within a dynamic private wealth environment. * Validate and issue periodic portfolio statements, custom valuations, and formal relationship documents using approved templates. * Oversee operational compliance and statutory reporting submissions for tax frameworks including QI, FATCA, and CRS/AEOI. * Perform pre\-issuance quality reviews and data reconciliations to ensure strict accuracy and maintain bank secrecy protocols. * Collaborate with internal operations, technology teams, and external custodians to resolve reporting discrepancies and technical issues. * Drive operational risk controls, support regulatory policy implementation, and assist with internal technical guidance. **skills and experience required.** * Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field. * Prior background in private banking operations, specifically covering client documentation, custody, or regulatory tax reporting. * Working technical knowledge of tax compliance requirements including QI, FATCA, and CRS/AEOI. * Strong data reconciliation, analytical, and problem\-solving skills with a strong focus on risk management. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities with a proven ability to handle multiple statutory deadlines.
