**Job Title** : Senior AI Engineer \- Subject Matter Expert III **Location:** Tysons Corner, VA (Remote) **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Senior AI Engineer – Subject Matter Expert III** to design and implement AI/ML solutions that enhance enterprise healthcare applications and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, Generative AI, cloud\-native AI platforms, and enterprise system integration. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions * Build scalable AI services and APIs in cloud environments * Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify AI opportunities * Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines * Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and production\-ready * Support model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tuning * Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI best practices **Required Skills \& Experience** * 8\+ years of software engineering experience * 3\+ years of AI/ML engineering experience * Strong programming skills in Python or Java * Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI platforms * Experience with AWS cloud services and AI/ML tooling * Knowledge of API development and cloud\-native architectures * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Generative AI and LLM\-based solutions * Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines * Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
