Information Security Analyst

**Full-Time | Raleigh, North Carolina** **About the Role** CoreHarbor Technologies is hiring an Information Security Analyst to monitor, investigate and improve security across its clients’ systems. Based at 2909 Hostetler St, Raleigh, NC 27609, this role involves reviewing security alerts, investigating potential threats, supporting incident response and documenting findings so that security issues can be addressed effectively. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor security alerts, system activity and potential threats. * Investigate suspicious events and document findings. * Support security incident detection, investigation and response. * Assist with security assessments and identify weaknesses that require attention. * Review security information and recommend practical steps to reduce risk. * Maintain clear records of investigations, assessment results and follow-up actions. * Work with relevant technical teams to communicate findings and support corrective measures. **What We’re Looking For** * Experience in information security, security analysis or a related technical area. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail when reviewing alerts, logs and technical information. * An understanding of security threats, risk assessment and incident response. * Clear written communication and the ability to document technical findings. * A careful, methodical approach to handling security-related information. **What We Expect** The successful candidate should be able to review security information carefully, recognise potential concerns and communicate findings clearly.
