Budgets, programs, consultants, councils and clients: you keep it all moving. You'll also mentor the next generation of PMs and help set the standard across the business. This is all VERY familiar to you. **You'll bring** * Solid Victorian land development PM experience, consultant\-side or developer\-side * A background in civil engineering. * Commercial sense and a cool head when council comes back with RFIs * The ability to juggle several projects, all at different stages * Patience with people and good humour. **Take home: $160k \- $180k p/a plus Super, or thereabouts \+ on site car parking.** **Curious?** No pressure.
