Our client is expanding its retail campaign team throughout the Illinois/Indiana border market and is hiring a **Retail Sales \& Promotions Representative**. This is an active, face\-to\-face position combining **retail sales, promotional marketing, lead generation, brand representation and account acquisition**. You'll represent a residential energy campaign inside established retail and promotional locations, creating awareness around available services and helping interested individuals understand their options. **No previous energy or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.** What You'll Be Doing You'll be trained to: * **Represent residential energy campaigns** inside established retail locations * Engage shoppers and confidently initiate conversations * **Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities** * Support retail promotions and campaign activations * Ask questions to identify individual household needs * **Present available services and programs** * Explain features, benefits, pricing and enrollment information * Help interested individuals compare available options * **Support new account acquisition** * Guide qualified individuals through enrollment * Build relationships with retail partner teams * Maintain current campaign knowledge * Track individual activity and performance * Work toward individual and team goals * Participate in ongoing **sales, communication and professional\-development training** Who We're Looking For We're hiring for **communication, confidence and drive**.
