French-Speaking Customer Support Representative

**Location:** Braga, Portugal We are currently looking for **French\-speaking Customer Support Representatives** to join international customer service projects in Portugal. Your Responsibilities * Provide professional customer support in French via phone, email and/or chat. * Assist customers with inquiries, orders, bookings, accounts, payments and general requests. * Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. * Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience. * Escalate more complex cases when necessary. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets. **Requirements** * French: C1/C2 level – excellent written and spoken communication. * English: minimum B2 level. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills. * Customer\-oriented attitude and professional approach. * Good computer literacy and ability to work with different systems.
