**Marketing Specialist** **Job Haines at Home** is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative **Marketing Specialist** to help grow our home health care agency and strengthen our relationships within the community. **Position Details** Employment: Full\-Time Location: Montclair, NJ **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase agency visibility and referrals * Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals * Identify and develop new referral sources * Represent Job Haines at Home at community events, health fairs, networking events, and senior\-focused programs * Coordinate and participate in agency\-sponsored events and outreach activities * Promote our home health care services and educate community partners about the care we provide * Maintain a strong community presence through networking and relationship building * Assist with social media, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives * Track outreach activities, referrals, and marketing results * Collaborate with agency leadership to develop new growth opportunities **What We Offer** * Health Insurance * 403B * Commission opportunities * Opportunity for professional growth * Flexibility to build and manage your outreach schedule
