As a key member of our supply chain transformation initiative, you will be responsible for leading solution architecture, end-to-end design, and strategic planning efforts across planning systems. SAP IBP Specialist with **12+ years of experience** , responsible for 1. Hands on Configuration experience in atleast IBP Demand and IBP Response & Supply (time series & OBP) 2. Leading Design sessions for customers and bringing in Industry Best Practices 3. Preparing Demos (system setup) in IBP based on customer requirements 4. Business Case creation for Customers 5. Delivering Demos with tailored approach to Business and IT stakeholders of the customer 6. Design Review for other ongoing projects, escalation management and stakeholder engagement 7. Drive/Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP, especially leveraging latest functionalities * **No of Implementations: At least 3-5 end to end IBP implementations not including Rollouts (Mandatory)** **Role Requirements -** You would be expected to have **Process Knowledge** * Deep Process understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain planning (familiarity/expertise with SCOR model is preferred)- technology agnostic * Ability to create Business Cases for potential IBP customers * Expertise in atleast 2 industries (eg, CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc) **Technical Expertise** * Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP IBP with depp expertise in at least **IBP Demand** and **IBP Response & Supply** (constrained time series and Order series) modules. * Deep knowledge and experience in end to end IBP implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries. * Ability to lead and conduct scoping meetings with an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams. * Ability to architect an end to end solution as part of the proposal * Hands on Configuration experience in atleast IBP Demand and IBP Response & Supply (time series & OBP) * Integration experience with S/4 HANA using RTI * Very good understanding of ECC/S4 Master data (from planning standpoint) Soft Skills * Excellent communication skills (verbal as well as written) * Positive attitude with the flexibility and maturity to understand the customer’s requirements Value Creation * Ability to devise and lead Go-To Market strategies for IBP to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecone’s IBP footprint globally * Build Assets and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve 📩 If this sounds like the right fit for you or someone you know, feel free to reach out or drop your resume in the comments/message box.
