**Fit out Site Manager - Dublin** **€65,000 - €72,000 DOE + Van + Fuelcard + Pension + Travel & stayaway covered + Phone** We’re looking for a Fitout Site Manager to join an award winning company specialising in retail and commercial fitout projects. With over 75 years of industry experience, the business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high quality turnkey installations. It’s also recognised as a great place to work, with a strong focus on looking after its people, providing a supportive working environment and conducting regular salary reviews. **The Role** * Oversee retail and commercial fitout projects from start to finish. * Coordinate subcontractors and manage day to day site activities. * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard. * Liaise with the Project Manager, clients and other key stakeholders. * Identify and resolve issues to keep projects running smoothly. **What We’re Looking For** * Experience as a Site Manager, ideally within fitout or joinery. * Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. * Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications. * Competence in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. * A full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across Ireland and Northern Ireland. **Salary & Benefits** * €65,000 - €72,000 salary, depending on experience. * Company van and fuelcard. * Company phone. * Travel and overnight expenses covered * Company pension. * Regular salary reviews and a supportive, peoplefocused working environment.
