Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Founded by a team with experience scaling significant crypto custody operations, it combines expertise in cryptography, security, and systems to build foundational infrastructure for an autonomous economy. **About the Opportunity:** The SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER role is focused on treating infrastructure as a software problem. This position is responsible for automating, scaling, and hardening production infrastructure through software development, primarily using Go. The engineer will manage Kubernetes and cloud resources, improve deployment and monitoring processes, and reduce operational risks. This role is critical for maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure supporting the organization's platform and contributing to the growth of the engineering team. **Responsibilities:** * Own best practices for production infrastructure management including provisioning, scaling, configuration, capacity planning, and monitoring * Build and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and Terraform\-provisioned cloud resources * Develop custom automation and tooling in Go to reduce manual work and operational risks * Create infrastructure to manage and deploy applications in secure enclaves * Design deployment processes to minimize lifecycle risks * Enhance operations such as deployment, logging, monitoring, and alerting * Support scaling of the engineering team **Requirements:** * Strong multi\-cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS * Proficient in Go for production software development * Hands\-on experience with Kubernetes at scale and infrastructure as code with Terraform * Demonstrated learning agility and ownership mindset * Understanding of modern application architectures and deployment * Experience in highly security\-conscious environments * Based in the United States **Pay Range and Compensation Package:** * Compensation range $200,000—$240,000 USD **Benefits \& Perks:** * Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance * Health savings and flexible spending accounts * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid parental leave * Unlimited paid time off * Annual learning and development budget for industry conferences * Multiple team offsites per year * Lunch stipend **Equal Opportunity Statement:** Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
