Must be able.tomrun paver, roller \& skidsteer CDL License and plus. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage asphalt paving crews, assigning tasks and supervising daily operations to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks * Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of project plans * Coordinate construction schedules using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 and Construction Management tools to optimize workflow * Monitor safety compliance on\-site by enforcing OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations, conducting safety briefings, and maintaining a safe work environment * Oversee quality control processes by inspecting paving work, testing materials with tools like ohmmeters, and ensuring adherence to industry standards * Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, and safety records using platforms like ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, or HeavyBid * Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review construction schedules, interpret technical drawings, and resolve any issues related to construction drawing review or schedule coordination **Experience** * Proven experience managing heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a focus on asphalt paving or roadwork * Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a construction management role with strong supervisory skills in supervising crews on\-site * Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols for construction sites * Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar platforms for scheduling and documentation purposes * Strong understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawing interpretation, project scheduling, and quality control procedures * Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project timelines while maintaining high safety standards * Effective communication skills for managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring clear management directives across all levels of the project Join us as an Asphalt Paving Crew Lead where your leadership will pave the way for successful infrastructure development!
