Finance Analyst | Remote

**Position:** Investment Banking M&A Advisory **Type:** Contract **Compensation:** $175 - $300/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10-40 hrs/week **Role Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive company and industry research to inform data-driven AI training initiatives. * Perform and review buyer or target screening, comparable company analysis, and financial modeling tasks. * Build, update, and troubleshoot detailed Excel-based valuation and transaction models. * Prepare and edit materials akin to client presentations or pitchbooks. * Analyze and critique sample materials for numerical errors and provide actionable feedback. **Requirements** * Have strong relevant experience in M&A or industry-coverage teams at leading investment banks. * Substantial hands-on exposure to live acquisition or sale processes with high-quality analysis. * Demonstrated ability to produce and review analytical and presentation materials. * Mastery in Excel modeling, including troubleshooting and scenario analysis. * Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a focus on clarity and accuracy. **Application Process** * Easy Apply on LinkedIn * Check email for next steps * Participate in resume evaluation & interview stage
