Legal Assistant

**Job Summary** Fast\-paced criminal defense law firm is hiring a legal assistant. The legal assistant will perform a wide variety of tasks including drafting correspondence, processing discovery, scheduling appointments and hearings, answering telephones, and otherwise assisting attorneys and clients as needed. This position has a lot of interaction with clients and colleagues of the firm, so the ideal candidate will be friendly, positive, enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new people. The legal Assistant will be coming to Court from time to time, especially for trial. Some legal experience is required. No visible tattoos or facial piercings. Bi\-lingual is preferred but not required. Computer and technologically savvy is preferred but not required. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $55,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per year plus bonuses.
