**Job Overview** We are looking for motivated and customer\-focused individuals to join our Customer Services team as Customer Service Agents. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a professional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** · Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally. · Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions. · Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor. · Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow\-ups. · Provide customers with accurate information regarding company services and processes. · Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. · Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues. · Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while dealing with customers. · Meet assigned performance and quality targets. · Attend training sessions and team meetings as required. **Requirements** **·** Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage. · Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. · Previous call center or customer service experience will be preferred. · Good communication and listening skills. · Basic computer knowledge. · Ability to work in a fast\-paced call\-center environment. · Punctual, responsible, and team\-oriented. **Position:** Customer Service Agent (CSR) **Department:** Customer Services **Location:** I\-10/3, Islamabad **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, On\-Site **Salary:** **PKR 40,700 \+ KPI Bonus** **Working Hours:** **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**
