Officer/Senior Officer (Investment)

**Roles and Responsibilities:** * Support investment research and data analysis on securities/financial products to help inform investment decisions; * Assist in monitoring portfolio performance and preparing regular reporting to senior team members; * Support coordination with custodian, investment systems/services vendors on middle/back office matters, under guidance; * Assist in documenting investment operations policies \& processes; * Support due diligence on third\-party fund managers, including data collection and preliminary analysis; * Assist with cross\-departmental coordination on front office matters; * Provide analytical support on ad hoc special projects as assigned (e.g. fund screening, RBC2 risk charge analysis, ESG data tracking); * Assist in monitoring investment portfolio compliance with internal/external regulations and guidelines. **Minimum Job Requirements:** * 1–3 years' experience in Financial Services, Insurance Investment or Portfolio Management (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will also be considered); * Good analytical and data\-processing skills; familiarity with Bloomberg preferred; * Good degree from a reputable university; * Detail\-oriented, proactive, and a good team player, willing to learn. * Knowledge of multi asset classes is a plus; * Good command of spoken and written English; working proficiency in spoken/written Mandarin preferred.
