Senior Business Analyst (AI, Data & Transformation)

**Job Description** **Role: Senior Business Analyst (AI, Data \& Transformation)** **Contract(Hybrid)** Key Responsibilities * Lead business and technical analysis activities across complex transformation programs. * Support onboarding, configuration, and adoption of learning orchestration platforms such as **LessonFlow** and similar enterprise knowledge solutions. * Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, data quality issues, lessons learned, customer insights, errors, and complaints. * Translate analytical findings into meaningful recommendations, management information, and executive\-level presentations. * Conduct business process mapping, requirement analysis, gap assessments, and process improvement initiatives. * Develop, execute, and validate test plans, test scenarios, and business outcomes. * Support AI\-enabled initiatives through prompt engineering, data preparation, capability assessment, and solution evaluation. * Produce governance reports, RAID logs, status updates, and project documentation for senior stakeholders. * Collaborate with business, technology, change management, and transformation teams to drive successful project outcomes. * Assess data architecture considerations and contribute to future integration and automation opportunities. * Ensure alignment of solutions with **Lending/Mortgage domain processes** Required Skills \& Experience 10\+ years of Business Analysis experience in large\-scale enterprise environments. **Domain Expertise** * Strong experience in **Lending domain** * Exposure to **Mortgage domain** (preferred) * Understanding of loan lifecycle: **Origination, Underwriting, Servicing** **Strong expertise in:** * Business Analysis \& Requirement Gathering * Process Mapping \& Process Improvement * Data Analysis \& Data Quality Assessment * Stakeholder Management * Change \& Transformation Programs * Testing, Validation \& UAT Management * Governance, RAID Management \& Reporting **Advanced proficiency in:** * Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Modeling) * Data Analysis \& Reporting * AI Tools \& Prompt Engineering * PowerPoint \& Executive Presentations **Strong understanding of:** * Data Architecture * System Integrations * Enterprise Knowledge Management Platforms * Digital Transformation Initiatives
