Co-Manager

***Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants*** is looking for a **Co-Manager** to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This position will report to the General Manager. We need a leader who can ensure our team works together to achieve the highest standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness. **What You'll Do** * **Lead Shift Operations:** You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions. * **Drive Performance:** You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and managing daily labor, sales, and food costs. * **Support Team Development:** You'll help train and coach team members, providing feedback and supporting the accountability process. You'll also assist with screening applicants during the recruiting process. **What You'll Need** * You must be at least 18 years old * A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended * One to two years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended * **Strong leadership and organizational skills** are essential. You should be able to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems * You should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel **Physical Requirements & Work Environment** This is a fast-paced role where you will be on your feet frequently, walking and standing. You must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds. You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
