##### **Step-Down Registered Nurse (RN)** **Position Description:** Responsible for delivering nursing care within the assigned unit's scope of practice while following hospital policies and procedures, nursing process guidelines, and established standards of care and practice. **Submission Requirements:** * **Minimum of 2 years of Step-Down experience – REQUIRED.** * **Strong cardiac experience and proficiency – REQUIRED.** * **Willingness to float – REQUIRED.** * Previous travel nursing experience – PREFERRED. **Certification Requirements:** * ACLS. * BLS. **State License Requirements:** * Michigan nursing license – **REQUIRED.** * License must be active at the time of submission.
