Located in the historic **Trinity Building** in **Wall Street/Financial District**, our practice culture features an integrated **Emotional Support Dog** environment, office snack culture, team outings, and quarterly Friday **massage therapy perks**. **ROLE SUMMARY** A core clinical and leadership position for a **fully licensed clinician** (**LCSW** or **LMHC**) who excels in delivering **high\-touch clinical care** while actively participating in **training**, **guiding**, and **mentoring** our **postgraduate Fellows**. **CORE FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Direct Clinical Practice** * Deliver **high\-quality**, **evidence\-based** **individual**, **couples**, or **group psychotherapy** to an **out\-of\-network client panel**. * Maintain strong **clinical conceptualization** grounded in **Socratic** and **experiential modalities**. * Uphold prompt, **rigorous clinical documentation**, **compliance**, and **risk management standards**. * Utilize **data\-driven best practices** to foster exceptional **client retention** and **clinical outcomes**. * **Fellow Mentorship \& Teaching** * **Senior Peer Mentoring**: Pair directly with **Fellows** to offer **peer\-level guidance**, **onboarding support**, and **private practice growth insight**. * **Group Supervision \& Didactics**: Lead or co\-facilitate **case conferences**, **skill\-sharing workshops**, and **clinical didactic sessions**. * **4\-Prong Model**: Collaborate with the **Clinical Leadership team** across **Individual**, **Group**, **Admin**, and **Peer supervision** pillars. **CANDIDATE PROFILE \& QUALIFICATIONS** **Core Requirements** * **Licensure**: Active **New York State** full clinical license required: **LCSW** or **LMHC** (**commutable residency** required). * **Clinical Experience**: Proven track record of **clinical excellence** in a **private practice**, **agency**, or **hospital clinic** setting. * **Mindset \& Drive**: **Entrepreneurial**, **innovative**, and **self\-directed**.
