Custom Cabinet Maker/Installer

We are seeking an experienced **Custom Cabinet Maker / Installer** to join our team. This is a full\-time position working on high\-end custom residential cabinetry and millwork projects throughout the Palm Beach County area. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman with experience fabricating and installing custom kitchens, built\-ins, vanities, closets, wall panels, bars, entertainment centers, and other architectural millwork. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the level of quality expected in luxury homes. Responsibilities * Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork * Install cabinets, built\-ins, panels, trim, fillers, moldings, and hardware * Read and interpret cabinet drawings, elevations, and architectural plans * Accurately measure, layout, cut, fit, and install cabinetry * Perform detailed scribing and field fitting * Install and adjust cabinet doors, drawers, hinges, slides, and hardware * Make field modifications and adjustments as needed * Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean, professional jobsite * Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, designers, and other trades * Complete punch\-list and service work when required * Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Qualifications * Previous experience in custom cabinetry, cabinet installation, millwork, or finish carpentry * High\-end residential experience preferred * Strong measuring, layout, and installation skills * Ability to read cabinet shop drawings and construction plans * Experience using woodworking and installation tools * Strong attention to detail and quality * Ability to troubleshoot field conditions and solve problems * Dependable, punctual, and professional * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to lift and maneuver cabinetry and millwork Preferred Experience Experience with the following is a plus: * Custom kitchens and built\-ins * Frameless and face\-frame cabinetry * Architectural wall panels and specialty millwork * Appliance panels and integrated appliances * Custom closets and vanities * Cabinet hardware and specialty hardware systems * Veneers, hardwoods, laminates, and specialty finishes * CNC or cabinet manufacturing equipment Pay: $30\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40\.0 per week Work Location: In person
