Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Answer customer inquiries and requests. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Reviewing customer's accounts and identifying opportunities where additional coverage may help protect them * Assist with policy changes, billing questions, claims questions, and general service needs **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Dedicated to customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred. * Currently licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance (or willing to obtain licensing within first 90 days)
