**Job Description** An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a respected commercial construction business delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across Melbourne. This role will suit a proven No.1 Site Manager who can take ownership of complex projects, lead from the front and consistently deliver exceptional outcomes across safety, quality, program and client relationships. **The Opportunity** * Permanent Senior Site Manager position. * Lead premium commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. * Corporate workplace experience highly regarded. * Take ownership of site delivery from project commencement through to handover. * Work alongside an experienced team with a strong focus on quality, collaboration and accountability. **About You** * 10+ years’ experience as a No.1 Site Manager or above. * Extensive commercial fit out and refurbishment experience. * Strong corporate workplace project experience highly regarded. * Proven capability in programming, subcontractor management, OH&S, quality and stakeholder coordination. * Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, Sign On Site, Breadcrumb and associated construction software is essential. * Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive trades and maintain high site standards.
