For more information on the company, please visit our website: www.synechron.com. **Location: Sydney** We are looking for a **Principal Engineer/Solution Architect** with strong expertise in **Agentic AI, AI-powered platforms, LLMs, and enterprise architecture** , along with S **trong experience** in **FinTech and** **Capital markets.** **Key Skills and Responsibilities:** * Lead the architecture and delivery of **Agentic AI and LLM-powered enterprise solutions** . * Design AI agents, orchestration workflows, integrations, guardrails, and governance frameworks. * Apply **RAG, prompt engineering, NLP, Copilot, Claude, and MCP** technologies. * Build scalable AI platforms using **C#/.NET Core, APIs, microservices, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka** . * Ensure AI solution security, observability, resiliency, performance, and responsible AI practices. * Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams. * Apply strong domain expertise in **FX, trading, capital markets, pricing, valuation, and risk management** .
