Pre\-Litigation Paralegals play a crucial role in supporting attorneys, clients, and team members. This role focuses on managing pre\-litigation cases, primarily from the treatment phase through the demand stage. **Responsibilities:** * Provide proactive assistance to injured clients * Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to collect important case details * Obtain, review, and evaluate medical records to prepare for the demand and negotiation phases * Partner with and offer support to the assigned attorney * Keep both digital and physical case files organized **Qualifications:** * Minimum of one year of experience as a personal injury paralegal * Spanish Bilingual abilities are preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Highly detail\-oriented and able to meet deadlines * MUST DRESS IN BUSINESS CASUAL ATTIRE DAILY\* We promote a welcoming, team\-oriented environment that encourages collaboration, support, and professional development.
