Learning And Development Specialist

**About the Role:** We are looking for an experienced **Learning \& Development Specialist** to join our HR team. The successful candidate will support the design, coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes that help employees build their skills and achieve their career goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify learning and development needs through discussions with managers, employees and business leaders * Plan, coordinate and deliver learning and development programmes and initiatives * Develop and maintain training materials, learning resources and development programmes * Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, logistics and communication * Work with managers to support employee development and career growth **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field * Proven experience in Learning \& Development, training or a similar HR role * Experience in designing, coordinating and delivering training programmes * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage * Professional HR or L\&D certification is preferred
