Project Manager – Residential Reconstruction & Remodeling

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join our team and manage residential remodeling and insurance reconstruction projects. Our company has more than 50 employees and primarily serves **Orange County**, with projects throughout portions of **Los Angeles, Riverside, and North San Diego Counties**. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in managing residential construction projects from start to completion. **Qualifications** ------------------ A successful candidate will have: * Minimum **3 years of project management experience** * Experience in residential construction, remodeling, and/or reconstruction * Strong knowledge of residential construction trades * Excellent customer service skills and experience working directly with homeowners * Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project deadlines * Strong attention to detail in both fieldwork and project documentation * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer and typing skills * Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple active projects * High school diploma or equivalent preferred **Preferred Experience** ------------------------ The following experience is a plus but is **not required**: * Insurance restoration/reconstruction experience * Xactimate experience * Spanish-speaking * Existing relationships with qualified subcontractors to supplement company resources **Compensation** ---------------- **Total annual compensation: $75,000–$125,000, including commission.** Compensation consists of a base salary plus a **commission structure based on project profitability**.
