Membership Sales & Member Experience Associate (Burn Ambassador)

**Job Summary** We are seeking an energetic and motivated Membership Sales \& Member Experience Associate, also known as a Burn Ambassador, to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management, sales, and customer relationship skills while contributing to a vibrant community\-focused environment. **Responsibilities** * Actively promote membership programs through engaging conversations, highlighting benefits and features to prospective members. * Build strong relationships with current members by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and addressing concerns to enhance their overall experience. * Lead member onboarding sessions, ensuring new members understand all offerings and feel welcomed into the community. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track member interactions, manage leads, and follow up on sales opportunities. * Generate new leads through cold calling, prospecting, and territory management strategies to expand the membership base. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns that attract potential members and retain existing ones. * Achieve sales targets by closing deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Manage member accounts proactively, identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring ongoing engagement with the community. * Conduct regular member feedback sessions to gather insights for continuous improvement of services and experiences. * Support team efforts in event planning or promotional activities that boost member involvement and community presence. * Social media videos featuring members, tagging them on social media, etc. **Requirements** * Proven experience in management, business development, or account management within a sales environment. * Strong background in B2B (business\-to\-business) sales, marketing, or technology sales with a focus on customer relationship building. * Demonstrated success in lead generation, territory sales, inside/outside sales, and closing deals effectively. * Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools; experience with CRM software is essential. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to prospect actively and achieve sales targets consistently. * Experience working remotely or within a remote sales environment is highly desirable. * Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, client communication, and customer service excellence. * Ability to analyze data for sales insights and strategy refinement; strong organizational skills are a plus. * A proactive attitude towards upselling and expanding client relationships within retail or B2B settings. * Prior experience in territory management, cold calling, or outside sales will be advantageous.
