Procurement Specialist

**Overview** ELM MicroGrid is seeking an entry level Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist will support all procurement aspects and will be responsible for, and perform as necessary, the daily activities associated with procuring materials & services, receiving material, managing inventory, tracking purchases, and various other aspects related to supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement and manufacturing operations. **Responsibilities** * Assist with the purchasing of materials, supplies, and services to support manufacturing operations. * Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchasing requirements. * Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status. * Support receiving activities and maintain accurate inventory records. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment to prevent material shortages. * Maintain procurement and inventory data in the ERP system (Acumatica preferred). * Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to meet material and supply needs. * Assist with resolving order discrepancies, delivery delays, and supplier-related issues. **Qualifications** * A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Management or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus. * Equivalent Experience will be considered * Must have 0-2 years of supply chain management, procurement and/or manufacturing operations experience. * Direct experience to ensure contractual requirements are met in all issued purchase orders. * Primary user of the software tools associated with procurement and manufacturing operations. * Proficiency using MS Office suite of programs to include MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. * Acumatica ERP experience a plus *ELM MicroGrid is an Equal Opportunity Employer* Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
