Parts and Project Coordinator

Power-Flo Technologies' Rochester Panel Shop is looking for a hands-on **Parts and Project Coordinator** to help keep our panel builds on schedule. This role is responsible for receiving and organizing materials, checking parts against BOMs, tracking deliveries, maintaining common stock items, creating project tags, and supporting production when needed. Full-Time. Monday - Friday. Salary Range: $16 - $20/hour On the job training provided Benefits: * Medical, Dental and Vision plans * Supplemental insurance (accident, cancer, and hospital plans) * PTO Program * Paid Holidays * 401K * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Stock Ownership Plans Responsibilities: * Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials * Verify parts against BOMs, packing slips, and purchase orders * Create project tags and organize materials for jobs * Track deliveries and communicate shortages or delays * Maintain inventory of common materials and shop stock * Stage materials for production and keep inventory areas organized * Assist with inventory counts and material tracking * Support panel builds and shop operations when needed Qualifications: * Manufacturing, inventory, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required * Strong computer skills required * Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment * Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies * Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn * Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills * Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed We are an equal opportunity employer.
