This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values your skills and commitment. **Duties** * Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments in orthopaedic and spine specialty. * Take and record vital signs accurately; perform patient intake assessments and document medical histories using our EHR systems, Athena. * Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and managing their expectations effectively. * Administer medications and injections following proper protocols; monitor patients during procedures and provide post-care instructions. * Manage medical administrative tasks such as procedure orders, referrals, patient paperwork, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. * Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment; restock supplies and DME. * You must have reliable means or transportation and able to provide coverage at other locations from time to time. **Skills** * Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology to ensure precise documentation and effective patient care. * Proven experience in general orthopaedics and/or spine is a plus. * Strong proficiency in our EMR system Athena is a plus. * Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate and document clearly, empathetically, and professionally across diverse populations. * Ability to multitask efficiently within fast-paced environments.
