Bar Operations Manager – Profit Sharing

**About Us** Casey's Irish Pub, an established Irish pub in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, is preparing for its grand reopening. We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Bar Operations Manager to take ownership of daily operations, build a strong team, and grow the business. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to run a bar like their own business and share directly in its financial success. Responsibilities * Manage daily bar and restaurant operations * Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, barbacks, and kitchen staff * Manage alcohol and food inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships * Control labor costs, waste, and operating expenses * Organize events, themed parties, and promotions * Increase customer traffic, sales, and profitability * Oversee opening and closing procedures * Maintain compliance with alcohol, food safety, and labor regulations * Provide daily sales reports and monthly operating statements Requirements * Minimum 3 years of bar or restaurant management experience * Strong knowledge of alcohol operations and inventory control * Experience managing employees and controlling operating costs * Understanding of California ABC and food safety requirements * Ability to independently solve operational problems * Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events Compensation & Opportunity We are proposing a performance-based compensation structure tied **of agreed monthly operating profit**, with final terms structured to comply with California employment and business laws.
