General Manager (GM) / Assistant General Manager (AGM) **Garner by IHG — Warren, Ohio** **Job Type:** Full-Time, Salaried **Salary:** Starting at $50,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance bonus About the Opportunity Sidhu Brothers LLC is converting the former Best Western Park Hotel in downtown Warren, Ohio, into a 55-room Garner by IHG. We are seeking a hands-on hotel leader who can oversee daily operations, maintain high guest satisfaction scores, manage staff, and improve hotel performance. We welcome applications from **experienced General Managers who can independently run a hotel, as well as Assistant General Managers ready to advance into a GM-level role.** Candidates with experience at IHG, Hilton, Marriott, or other branded hotels are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service. * Maintain high guest satisfaction scores, positive online reviews, cleanliness, and IHG brand standards. * Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff. * Monitor room rates, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and labor costs. * Develop local corporate accounts and group business to increase occupancy and revenue. * Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly. * Ensure compliance with IHG standards and Quality Assurance requirements. * Work approximately two scheduled front desk shifts per week and provide hands-on leadership. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory or management experience. * GM, AGM, Operations Manager, Front Desk Manager, or similar experience preferred. * Experience with hotel PMS systems, reservations, and OTA platforms. * Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * A proven commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence. * IHG, Hilton, Marriott, or other branded hotel experience preferred. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
