Vehicle Licensing Representative - Customer Service

**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, reviewing documents, accurately entering data into state databases, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. 6 Month Probationary Period Required. **Responsibilities** * Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and in person. * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and honesty while handling sensitive information. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Address customer inquiries promptly while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred. * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. * Proficient in data entry and computer use. * Posess high attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in service delivery. * Can lift up to 30lbs. * Clean driving record. * Must have a driver's license.
