Customer Service Associate

**Overview** As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll help customers and clients get clear, timely support across phone and service channels. You’ll listen closely, resolve questions, document interactions accurately, and identify opportunities to connect people with relevant products or services. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette and clear written communication. * Provide customer support and client services by identifying needs, resolving issues, and following through. * Complete data entry, typing, and records updates using Microsoft Office and other computer tools. * Support sales and outbound calling while maintaining accurate, helpful client communication. * Handle cash transactions when required and use analysis and problem-solving skills to address service concerns. Your impact: Accurate, thoughtful support helps customers resolve issues and make informed decisions. **Requirements** * Strong English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and phone communication; bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome. * Customer service, client communication, organizational, and customer service problem-solving skills. * Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, typing, data entry, and general computer tasks. * Call center experience is helpful but not required; sales, outbound calling, or cash handling experience is also valued. * Ability to communicate professionally, manage details, and adapt to changing customer needs.
