Clinic Manager

**Overview** As a Clinic Manager, you’ll keep daily clinic operations organized, compliant, and focused on patients for a family medicine clinic. You’ll guide staff, coordinate administrative workflows, and oversee financial and records processes so care teams can work effectively. Your impact: By supporting reliable clinic operations and accurate patient records, you help patients and care teams navigate care with confidence. **Duties** * Lead and support clinic staff, coordinate schedules, and address day-to-day operational needs. * Oversee budgeting, fiscal and financial management, billing workflows, and practice performance. * Maintain medical records and electronic health records (EHR), including electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and patient management software. * Support patient management, medical administrative services, customer service, and managed care processes. * Monitor compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), health regulations, and applicable Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards; coordinate human resources activities as assigned. **Skills** * Required: Supervising experience, healthcare staff management, managerial communication, and medical office or clinic experience. * Required: Medical office management, healthcare management, practice management, office management, and medical management capabilities. * Required: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, medical terminology, medical records, medical billing,budgeting, and compliance. * Preferred: Familiarity with ECW EMR, as well as Trizetto and Availity for insurance processing.
