Litigation Paralegal

Ofshtein Law Firm is seeking an **experienced Litigation Paralegal** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience handling New York personal injury litigation and be able to work independently in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and file **Arbitrations** * Prepare and file **Bills of Particulars (BPs)** * Prepare responses and ensure compliance with **Discovery \& Inspection (D\&I) demands** * Draft and file litigation documents * Monitor court deadlines and maintain the litigation calendar * E\-file documents through **NYSCEF** * Communicate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies * Maintain organized and accurate case files **Requirements:** * Prior **New York personal injury litigation experience is required** * Strong experience with **BPs, D\&Is, and arbitration filings** * Knowledge of NY court procedures and NYSCEF * Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines * Ability to manage multiple litigation files independently * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Types: Contract, Full\-time Pay: Up to $25\.00 per hour Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Litigation: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
