**Marketing Director (Part-Time)** **Peaceful Homes Property Management - Lancaster, PA** **Pay:** $40 - $45 per hour, based on experience **Schedule:** Part-time, approximately 25 - 30 hours per week **Location:** Lancaster, PA - Hybrid, with regular travel to properties throughout Lancaster County **About Peaceful Homes Property Management** Peaceful Homes Property Management is a growing residential property management company approaching 1,000 units under management throughout Lancaster County. We're looking for a talented, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Director to take our marketing to the next level. The right person can handle professional real estate photography, virtual tours, engaging social media content and help with creative marketing campaigns. We are searching for the right someone who brings fresh idea, takes ownership of projects and is excited to help make Peaceful Home’s properties stand out. **What You'll Do** **Property Photography & Media Production** * Capture and edit professional-quality interior and exterior photos of properties. * Create accurate floor plans, 3D virtual tours, and video walkthroughs using modern technology. * Produce engaging property videos, reels, and other promotional content. * Manage the entire property media process, from scheduling and shooting through editing and delivery. * Utilize creative tools, including virtual staging, to enhance property marketing. **Social Media & Creative Marketing** * Develop and execute engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. * Create and manage a consistent social media content calendar. * Develop creative marketing campaigns for available rentals and apartment communities, * Produce original content highlighting our properties, team, community involvement, and company culture. * Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. **Brand Development & Business Growth** * Help establish Peaceful Homes as a recognizable leader in property management throughout Lancaster County. * Collaborate with our leasing team to attract prospective residents and effectively market vacancies Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lancaster, PA 17603
