**Job Description** Job Posting: Paralegal Position: Paralegal (3+ years) Location: El Segundo, CA - Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent **Paralegal Position Overview** An established law firm is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join its El Segundo team. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with 3+ years of experience who wants a hybrid schedule and a collaborative, supportive team. **Key Responsibilities** * Support attorneys on case and matter management from intake through resolution * Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence and filings * Organize and maintain case files and documents * Track deadlines and manage calendars * Coordinate with clients, courts and opposing counsel as needed **Qualifications** * 3+ years of paralegal experience at a law firm * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Paralegal certificate or degree preferred **Benefits** * Competitive salary range of $85K-$100K, depending on experience * Hybrid schedule * Comprehensive benefits package How to Apply: Apply online, or send your resume in confidence to jaimi.harper@gogpac.com.
