Range Safety Officer/Sales

**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Range Safety Officer to oversee firearm safety protocols at our shooting range. This role is essential in ensuring a secure, enjoyable environment for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in guest services, and the ability to manage safety procedures effectively. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a safe recreational setting while utilizing your leadership and customer service skills. **Duties** * Enforce all safety rules and regulations during shooting activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance. * Conduct safety briefings for guests before they begin shooting sessions, emphasizing range rules and proper firearm handling. * Monitor the range continuously for unsafe behavior or conditions, intervening promptly when necessary. * Manage guest interactions with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions. * Oversee guest check-in processes, including cash handling and registration procedures. * Assist with guest services such as providing guidance on firearm use, safety equipment, and range etiquette. * Clean range at end of day using proper protocol and safety equipment. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the range area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained. **Requirements** * Strong skills in conflict management and customer service are essential for handling diverse guest interactions professionally. * Ability to manage cash handling accurately during transactions at the range. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to enforce rules diplomatically while maintaining guest satisfaction. * Prior firearms skills preferred. * Must be responsible, attentive to detail, and capable of maintaining focus during high-pressure situations.
